Bob Rosene and his family moved to Mount Pleasant in 2006 from the Coastline of Maine.  After vacationing in the Low-country for many years Bob, Dorothy and their three daughters came to their senses and escaped the harsh Northeast winters!   

Bob has been a Realtor for 14 years and has served hundreds of clients generating more than  50 million in residential homes sales.  The foundation to Bob's success is his natural ability and desire to listen well to his client's goals.  With careful attention to detail Bob works with his clients from the first email or phone call all the way to closing.   He has a dedicated team of professionals (inspectors, contractors, and closing attorney) whom he coordinates  all aspects of the buying or selling process to make each transaction  seamless and enjoyable.  

Bob has a vast experience working with the public.  Prior to real estate sales he was an Orthopedic Implant Sales Representative serving surgeons and hospital staff.    He owned/operated a Bed and Breakfast & yacht charter business from a 48 foot motor yacht based out of Patriot's Point Marina in Mount Pleasant.
